Our Trading arm, Khandelwal Business Corporation, sources and supplies to our esteemed customers a large variety of structural steels, flat & long products, tubes & pipes etc.

To help our customers prevent delays, we maintain stock at the following warehouses for rapid delivery:

The customers for the flat steel products & pipes that we distribute to domestically, include automobile manufacturers, their ancillaries, and other allied engineering industries. Our structural & long steel products are used in industrial and construction project activities.

Manufacturing

Our Manufacturing arm, Trusa International, has unique capabilities to slit very narrow low carbon steel, stainless steel, electrical grade steel strips, and various other materials. Due to our state of the art facility in Nashik, India, we can ensure precise near burr free slit coils in widths ranging from 5 mm to 100 mm & thickness from 0.10 mm min. to 1.25 mm, in both pancake & oscillated bobbin wound conditions.

Having had our operations active for over 40 years, we enjoy excellent business relations with almost all large cold rollers in the country. Thus we can source the required cold rolled steel coils as per strict specifications required by our clients. Our products are strictly monitored by dedicated Q.C. teams to ensure high quality.

MANUFACTURING

Our manufacturing arm, Trusa International, is located at M.I.D.C. Ambad, Nashik, India.

There we have the most advanced machinery to precisely slit cold rolled steel coils. Our Stage 1 product is the Pancake Wound Coils. Our Stage 2 product is the Oscillated Wound Coils with even greater benefits. Please click on the images for more information.

Raw Material Used:

Hot rolled coils with closely maintained, tailor made chemistry and physical properties are manufactured by integrated steel plants such as JSW Steel, Essar Steel and other equals.

These wide width coils are precisely rolled into cold rolled, close annealed coils by the finest cold rollers in the country who maintain the close thickness tolerances & physical properties which are required by our customers.

Each cold rolled mother coil is tested in-house at Trusa and at third party government approved laboratories (NABL) for quality assurance prior to processing.

Utmost attention is provided to ensure a quality finished product which meets the stringent quality norms of our esteemed consumers.

Packaging & Safety:

For domestic markets the coils are coated with rust preventive oil, as per customer requirements, and coils are wrapped in LLDPE & HDPE / Hessian & then strapped to wooden pallets.

For export markets where there is a long period of transit, we provide sea worthy packing by using corrosion inhibitors such as VCI papers & films along with the above packing specifications.
